The Writing CenterThe Writing Center is located in Room 135 in the rear of the Library. It offers students an opportunity to discuss and refine their writing skills through one-on-one sessions with qualified writing consultants. Students will develop self-confidence as writers and have a better understanding of the writing process. Consulting sessions may focus on research papers, technical reports and other projects such as resume writing. The Center sponsors poetry and short story writing contests twice a year and publishes the Windows literary magazine showcasing student's written work and artistic talents. |
