The Business and Industry Training through the Workforce Development Center at Nashua Community College provides customized training services for companies and their employees that seek to improve skills essential to remaining competitive and ensure job security.  By first meeting and discussing specific needs within your organization, an assessment is prepared analyzing workforce training goals.  An effective, efficient, and high-quality customized training program is then designed and presented, with an outcomes assessment to follow.
