Step 2. Setting Up SIS

The Student Information System (SIS) gives you access to your academic records, final course grades, financial aid information, and your college e-mail address.

How Do I Get to SIS?

You can access SIS from the College's main website, www.nashuacc.edu, and click on the Online/eServices tab located on the top of the page. Once you open this tab, select "SIS Secure Login" and follow the instructions below very carefully to log on for the first time.

How Do I Login to SIS?

1. You will have to enter your User ID and PIN number.

  • Your user ID is your Student ID number (include the "@"). Don't remember your Student ID, go to Step 1. Finding and Using Your Student ID.)
  • By default, your PIN number is your six (6) digit date of birth in MMDDYY format. (For example, if your birthday is April 7, 1984, then you would enter 040784.)

2. Click "Login".

  • To be alerted by voicemail or text message when classes are cancelled due to snow or other emergencies opt in to the NCC Alerts Service by providing the information asked for on the page below.

  • There is no charge for NCC Alerts Service but check your phone plan for potential charges associated with text messaging. Be aware NCC will not reimburse you for the cost of text messages because you can choose to opt out of the service on this form.

Changing Your SIS Password

If this is your first time logging into SIS, you will be prompted to change your PIN number and set-up a security question.

  1. Re-enter your default PIN number (date of birth in MMDDYY format).
  2. Pick a new PIN. It must be any combination of six numbers, no letters. You will have to enter it twice to confirm.
  3. Click "Login".
  4. Now you'll have to select a security question and answer.
  5. Enter your answer. Keep it simple.
  6. Click "Submit" to access your SIS account.

PIN

If you forget your PIN, you can enter your college ID and select "Forgot PIN?". This will prompt you to enter the correct answer for your security question and re-set your PIN.

Now What?

You're now at the homepage for SIS. You'll see three categories: Personal Information, Student and Financial Aid.

Personal Information: Includes your security question, addresses and phone numbers.
Student: Select "Student" to register for classes, review your class schedule, see your grades, and check your payments.
Financial Aid: If you are receiving financial aid, this section provides you with information regarding your status and loans.

Explore the Student Information System and become more familiar with its content.

Acessing Your EasyLogIn Account Information

1. Select "Personal Information" from the "Main Menu".

2. Select "Student EasyLogIn Information" from the "Personal Information".

3. Retain the your EasyLogIn username and password in a secure location after recording it from the "EasyLogIn Information Page".

4. Activate the EasyLogIn password by click on the link at "Activate/Manage EasyLogIn Account" which takes you to the screen below or you can go to http://www.ccsnh.edu/easylogin.html .

5. If you got to the easylogin.html page, choose the "Students" half and click on the "Activate and Manage Your EasyLogIn"

6. Now enter the username and password you jotted down earlier.

7. Click on the "Login" button and the screen below appears.

9. Next, you set two question and answer combos that you can return to EasyLogIn and use to rest a forgotten password anytime or day of the week.

Acessing Your Schedule Information

1. Select "Student" tab from any page.

2. Select the "Registration" link from the "Student" page of SIS.

3. Look for the "Student Detail Schedule" link..

4. Here is a complete listing is of the courses you have registered for.  If something seems wrong please contact the Office of the Registrar.

Finding Your Books

By clicking on the "NEW" View Textbook Information for each class listed, you will see the information listed below for your textbook.
